Psalm 129:4-6

⁴But the Lord does what is right;
he has ·set me free from those [^Lcut the cords of] wicked people.

⁵Let those who hate ·Jerusalem [^LZion; ^Cthe location of the Temple]
be ·turned back in shame [^Lhumiliated and turn back].
⁶Let them be like the grass on the roof
that dries up before it has grown.
